  • ReelSports customers are informed that the length of the videos are on average between 25 and 35 seconds.

 

                Sending Personalised Videos Back To ReelSports:

• • After creating the personalized video, sports stars must send it back to ReelSports through the same contact method used for receiving video requests. This may include Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or any other contact method specified during sign-up.

 

                Delivery Options:

• • ReelSports offers two types of delivery options: Standard and Express.

  • Standard Delivery: Stars have a five-day turnaround time to fulfill video requests.

  • Express Delivery: For a quicker option, stars can choose the 48-hour turnaround time for video delivery.

  • The Express Delivery service is chargeable, allowing stars to earn more for these expedited orders.

 

                Enrollment in Express Delivery:

• • During the sign-up process, stars can decide whether to opt for the Express Delivery service.

  • Stars have the flexibility to enroll or unroll in the Express Delivery service based on their preferences.

 

3. Accepting Or Denying Video Requests

 

At ReelSports, stars have the option to accept or deny video requests from their fans. Here's how the process works:

                Contact Method Selection:

• • During the sign-up process, stars will be prompted to select their preferred contact methods, such as WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email.

 

                Video Request Details:

• • When a fan submits a video request, ReelSports will gather all the relevant details and compile them into a comprehensive request.

 

                Prompt Notification:

• • ReelSports will send the video request to the respective sports star using the contact method they have chosen.

 

                Clear Response Options:

• • Upon receiving the request, stars will be prompted to reply with either the word "ACCEPT" or “DENY."

 

                Acceptance:

  • Bank Transfer: Get your earnings directly deposited into your bank account.

  • PayPal: Receive your earnings securely and swiftly through your PayPal account.

 

                        Earnings Updates:

• • We understand the importance of staying informed about your earnings. To access updates on the number of videos you've created and the amount owed to you, simply follow these steps:

  • Message "Update" to ReelSports through your chosen contact method, whether it's Instagram DM or WhatsApp.

  • Once we receive your request, we'll promptly provide you with an account update, ensuring you're always in the loop.

 

                       Payment Process for Sports Stars:

• • Earnings are processed and sent in the last three working days of every month.

  • The earnings that are sent will have been earned between the last payment period and the current one.

  • Funds will be sent to sports stars' chosen payment method. (This will have been selected when signing up)

  • Payments may take time to reflect in the bank accounts due to banks and processing times. This means that the payment may only show after the 3 day payment period.
